Our innovative lawyers went beyond that and found a way to make harassing debt collectors pay for violating the law. We used federal and state regulations to force creditors to not just stop harassing our clients, but to pay damages to our clients for the illegal action they had already taken. Rather than charging our clients to enforce the law, we managed to put money in their pockets.

Our staff is experienced and respected. Our nine lawyers have well over 100 years of combined experience.
