Briane helps people who have been harmed by unfair practices get justice. As a consumer lawyer, Briane represents individuals who have suffered harm as a result of illegal activity. He has sued debt collectors for harassment, helped people recover vehicles that were improperly repossessed, defended homeowners from claims for payment for shoddy work, filed lawsuits to enforce warranties, and has helped numerous homeowners avoid foreclosure. Briane has lectured extensively on the Wisconsin Consumer Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, regulations governing home improvements, auto repairs and the like, as well as a host of other consumer protection laws.
